Responsibilities

• Lead, execute and refine the store's selling strategy to meet KPIs and sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations in real time to 'make it right'.
• Offer membership programs and in-store promotions to every eligible customer.
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and training to ensure strong store coverage and performance.
• Support inventory management, pricing changes, and product counts.
• Open and close the store per Operations procedures.
