Qualifications

• Willingness to travel domestically by car and air.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, on-boarding, training, and development in-store in partnership with HR and Retail Training.
• Motivate and inspire Assistant Store Managers to achieve store goals.
• Manage performance with clear expectations and prompt feedback.
• Drive service culture and selling through adidas service model.
• Ensure store operations run efficiently and policies are followed.
• Lead brand and product training delivery and merchandising standards.
• Oversee profitability and safety within the store.
