Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months experience in sports/fashion retail with at least 12 months in store management.
• 4-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field.
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel domestically by car and air.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, on-boarding, training, and development in store, in partnership with HR and Retail Training Coach.
• Motivate and inspire Assistant Store Managers to achieve store goals and performance.
• Create a high-performance culture with clear expectations and timely feedback.
• Drive service culture and store operations to maximize sales and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and loss prevention procedures.
