Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years of experience directly supervising a diverse team with performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store to ensure SOPs and Company programs compliance.
• Deliver sales plan and KPI targets with the team.
• Execute the store's customer brand promises and safety programs.
• Hire, train, observe and coach the team; manage performance and development.
• Maintain store operations and cross-train managers in Custom Framing selling and production.
