Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure legal compliance.
• Oversee front-end and service operations; drive selling culture and customer experience.
• Coach team members on brand standards and selling behaviors to improve conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout and support smooth transactions.
• Drive loyalty enrollment, protection plans, and MCC/Extend services adoption.
• Oversee knit & sew shop and Cut Bar experience for sales and service.
