Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing.
• Oversee inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and store-floor leadership.
• Lead workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving.
• Maintain pricing integrity and promotional signage.
• Train, coach and develop team members in assigned departments.
