Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Solid understanding of store operations required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Maximize resources to achieve financial objectives and grow sales.
• Lead the implementation of store initiatives with planning and delegation.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and practices.
• Apply industry knowledge to improve competitive position.
• Provide leadership and motivation aligned with Guiding Principles and Values.
• Maintain a safe, secure store for customers and associates.
• Manage store funds and assets.
• Recruit, develop and recognize qualified associates.
• Provide CBT and training as required.
