Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Degree in business, management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, liberal arts, or related field preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for directing staff and interacting with customers.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and positive attitude for customer engagement.
• Experience managing staff, interviewing, hiring, training and conducting performance reviews.
• Ability to analyze reports and support achievement of financial goals.
• Ability to handle emergencies and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong organization, planning and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and maximize the entire store operations and all departments.
• Responsible for profits and losses, staffing, training, inventory, and merchandising.
• Lead staff development, scheduling, and performance appraisals.
• Address customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate promotions, displays, and advertising copy; ensure food safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and a well-stocked store; manage emergency responses.
