Qualifications

• Provides consistent support to the Store Manager and acts as a backup in their absence.

• Willing to travel occasionally to another location for scheduled shifts.
• Skilled in resolving conflicts and addressing issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supports the team in surpassing sales targets by promoting unit rentals, warranties, and moving supplies.
• Helps guide new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Assists in contacting potential clients to confirm moving dates and ensure units are ready and secure.
• Aids in managing past-due tenant accounts and lien/auction paperwork.
• Contributes to exceptional customer service and addressing client needs effectively.
• Conducts daily property inspections to maintain security, cleanliness, and upkeep; performs light maintenance.
