Job summary

SecureSpace Management LLC is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and leadership team in achieving store goals. You will drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and assist with operations, inspections, and upkeep.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong use of the English language in verbal and written communication.
• Provides consistent support to the Store Manager and acts as a backup in their absence.
• Customer service mindset and ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Promotes unit rentals, warranties, and moving supplies to surpass sales targets.
• Guides new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Contacts potential clients to confirm moving dates and unit readiness.
• May travel to nearby locations to assist with scheduled shifts.
• Conducts daily property inspections to maintain security and cleanliness.
