URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our Santa Clara, CA location.

You will support selling, service, and operations to create an engaging environment, develop teammates, and collaborate with partners to uphold visual standards. You will lead the team on customer service, styling guidance, and omni-channel experiences, ensure scheduling, payroll, and safety standards, and help recruit and onboard new staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Love for the FP brand.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver outstanding customer service and styling recommendations.
• Drive omni-channel shopping experiences via MPOS/POS and related apps.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, scheduling and payroll to maintain daily operations.
• Uphold store safety standards and visual/display requirements while reducing shrink.
