Responsibilities

• Drives a service culture through engaging, efficient and personalized experiences; interprets feedback to improve interactions.
• Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values and partners with Visual Merchandising on engaging visuals.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup.
• Leads floor service, guiding the team to prioritize customer experience and store objectives.
• Onboards new hires and fosters continual development; provides timely feedback for growth.
• Assists Store Manager in recruiting and retaining a diverse and engaged team.
