Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador and reflect the company values; create an engaging visual experience for FP customers.
• Create selling initiatives and build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Deliver omni-channel shopping experiences using MPOS, POS and customer service apps.
• Guide the team to prioritize service and styling to hit store metrics and provide timely feedback.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent to strengthen the brand and store connection.
• Support daily operations including sales forecasting, scheduling, payroll, and zone management.
• Collaborate on shipment processing, restocking, and maintaining display standards for omni-channel orders.
• Uphold safety, inventory accuracy, and company policies to protect store profitability.
