Responsibilities

• Drive a service culture with engaging, efficient and personalized interactions; interpret feedback to improve customer interactions.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising Manager to create engaging visuals appealing to URBN customers.
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, and in-store & curbside pickup tools.
• Lead floor service by driving engagement in each zone and guiding the team to focus on the customer experience.
• Onboard new hires thoughtfully and provide timely feedback to foster development and accountability.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and engaged team.
• Participate in daily opening/closing procedures and other operational tasks, ensuring store standards.
