You will collaborate with management on selling initiatives, omni-channel processes, and visual standards, mentoring teammates and ensuring safety, inventory accuracy, and exceptional service across schedule demands including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the store leadership team on creating an engaging experience for FP customers
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience; empowers the team to drive sales through personalized service, elevated styling, and outfitting recommendations
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience through understanding and utilization of systems and applications
• Acts as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making and multitasking while prioritizing service over tasks
• Manages store environment and customer experience with energized pace and positive leadership
• Teaches and shares product knowledge, brand messaging, and effective customer interactions using brand resources
• Supports the store management in daily office procedures, operations, and maintenance
• Collaborates with partners to process shipments, restock, and place products while upholding FP’s display standards
• Ensures omni-channel orders are processed timely and accurately
• Adheres to safety standards and inventory control to protect store profitability
• Encourages open dialogue and keeps the team informed through daily meetings and chat
• Shows willingness to develop new skills and supports career progression
