CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and profitability for one or more retail locations. The role focuses on sales, customer service, and store-level leadership, with responsibility for cash handling and compliance with regulations.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in sales and cash handling, 1+ year supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Travel within the district may be required, and a valid driver's license is necessary.

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, and cash handling experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and provide store level leadership.
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation required.

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet their needs.

• Escalate unresolved issues to District Director of Operations and Corporate Office.
• Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer, and process transactions per policy.
• Balance receipts and assist with discrepancies.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve metric targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and coverage for district stores.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding Assistant Store Managers.
