Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will act as manager on duty, run schedules, and ensure merchandising aligns with brand standards.

You will oversee training, hiring, stock control, cash handling, and performance metrics, while maintaining a fun, inclusive environment and a focus on loss prevention and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Schedule staff, manage training, and apply disciplinary steps when needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and brand standards.
• Oversee store operations including cash handling, inventory, and merchandising.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding of new personnel.
