Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of a Ross retail location. You will lead the store team, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure a best-in-class shopping environment for customers.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills, with the ability to supervise payroll, scheduling, and operations while maintaining compliance with company standards and policies. Nights and weekends may be required to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to meet company standards and goals.
• Recruit, trains and develops Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and Associates.
• Manage inventory, payroll, scheduling and loss prevention.
• Ensure safety and customer service excellence across registers, service desk and sales floor.
