Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop Associates and leadership staff.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, with clear communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of store operations including Sales Floor, Stockroom and Front End.
• Lead scheduling, payroll controls, and expense management to meet budgets.
• Recruit, train and develop Assistant Store Manager, Supervisors, and Associates.
