Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Maintains a high level of customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate with Store Associates.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Organizes and prioritizes tasks to achieve goals and schedule execution.
• Fluent in English.
• Exhibits independent judgement and discretion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity with minimal steps.
• Analyses store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Addresses deviations to standards with actionable plans with District Manager.
• Ensures proper staffing and scheduling to meet objectives.
• Oversees payroll administration and attendance reporting.
• Recruits, trains and develops store leadership and associates.
• Maintains safety policies and a secure environment.
• Executes customer service programs and merchandising standards.
• Maintains store brand, cleanliness and housekeeping to company standards.
• Leads loss prevention and annual inventory processes.
