Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer service in fast-paced retail.
• 2+ years in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to coach.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop teams.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of store leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team (SLT).
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and goals with associates.
• Own and delegate leadership tasks to address customer experience and maintenance issues.
• Partner with SLT to support action plans that improve results and ensure execution of operations.
• Lead floorset direction to showcase product stories and drive sales.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and receipt of shipments.
• Set daily direction for the team and provide feedback.
