Job summary

You will be a retail leader, hands-on in coaching, hiring, and executing store priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and coaching to associates.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, results goals, and accountability.
• Lead duties as Manager on Duty to address customer experience and maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execute operations.
• Implement floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge.
• Provide feedback and coaching to managers and associates.
