Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in retail.
• 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably retail.
• Ability to coach and lead teams to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team (SLT).
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals with all associates.
• Own leadership tasks to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with SLT to support action plans and execute operational activities.
• Lead floorset direction to showcase products and drive sales.
• Perform opening/closing routines including deposits and shipments.
