Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing outstanding associates, and driving growth across the store. You will lead by example, coach teams, and ensure the store operates smoothly with a selling-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering sales and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a manager role, preferably retail.
• Strong customer-focused selling culture and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, goals and accountability for associates.
• Lead store operations, including being on duty for customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to execute action plans and drive results.

• Manage opening/closing routines and payroll-related tasks.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve selling and service.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate staffing and selling focus.
• Model selling behaviors and deepen product knowledge to enhance customer experiences.
