Job summary

You will be the front line of leadership, driving growth and ensuring product stories come to life on the floor.

The role emphasizes coaching, talent development, scheduling flexibility, and maintaining high standards of service and operations to meet payroll targets and elevate the shopper experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer‑first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer‑focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in‑the‑moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de‑escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear and concise performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and bring product stories to life.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and disseminate company directives.
• Set daily direction/goals for the team and provide performance feedback.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety standards and store cleanliness; operate within policies.
