Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives a service culture through engaging, personalized experiences and uses feedback to improve interactions.
• Partners with Visual Merchandising to create an engaging in-store experience aligned with brand standards.
• Leads daily operations including opening/closing tasks and omni-channel order processing.
• Supports recruiting, onboarding, and development of a diverse, high-performing team.
• Communicates product knowledge and brand messaging across the team to drive store objectives.
