Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the leadership team on an engaging visual experience.
• Creates selling initiatives and builds relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Delivers omni-channel shopping and event experiences through MPOS/POS and customer service applications.
• Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations to hit store goals.
• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top talent to build bench strength.
• Maintains daily operating standards, analyzes sales opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
• Ensures omni-channel orders are processed timely and upholds safety, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance.
