SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the next-generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. We set new standards with our game-changing product and are looking for a Store Leader to join us in advancing the industry forward.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your leadership skills while making a significant impact on the store's success. You are responsible for building, developing, and nurturing a team that embodies the SKIMS ethos.

Formación

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset, ensuring that every Team Member is focused on creating a welcoming, inclusive, and personalized experience for each guest.
• Deliver elevated service at speed by coaching your team in real time, using strong floor presence and emotional intelligence to guide high volume moments without losing authenticity and upholding our culture.
• Embed our mission and values into every part of the store experience; educate and coach Team Members on SKIMS brand and product knowledge.
• Manage daily operations, drive visual execution, and ensure store standards, replenishment, and merchandising are always on point.
• Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity; analyze trends and adjust strategies to drive sales and efficiency.
• Lead through the lens of impact; make decisions, build schedules, and manage controllables to optimize performance while staying customer-first.
• Model Learning Agility by being solutions-oriented, coachable, and focused on growth; provide feedback to team and corporate partners.
• Actively hire, onboard, and retain top talent to strengthen store culture and performance with urgency.
