Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader to grow a high-energy, polished retail team. You will recruit, coach, and develop talent while delivering an elevated guest experience guided by our product-first ethos.

You will lead store operations, merchandising, and daily performance, balancing speed and personalization. The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and the ability to make quick decisions to drive results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record hiring and growing store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Deep customer service know-how.
• Strong problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
• Operational and organizational excellence.
• Strong visual merchandising and attention to detail.
• Able to stand, move, and lift up to 40 lb.
• Open availability including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset to create welcoming, inclusive experiences.
• Coach in real time to elevate service and drive conversions.
• Embed SKIMS mission and values into the store experience.
• Manage daily operations, merchandising, and replenishment.
• Own key metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity.

• Provide clear development plans and ongoing feedback.
