Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader for South Coast Plaza. You will lead a high-energy, premium service store, hiring and coaching a diverse team, driving sales, and managing inventory and payroll. You’ll collaborate with HQ to align on brand standards and deliver elevated customer experiences.

You will develop talent, maintain visual standards, and foster a fast-paced, inclusive culture while ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles.
• Strong problem solving abilities and adaptability.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Strong visual merchandising skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset to create a welcoming, personalized guest experience.
• Deliver elevated service at speed through real-time coaching and floor presence.
• Embed SKIMS mission and values in store operations and coaching.
• Maintain floor presence, manage daily operations, and ensure merchandising standards.
• Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity.
• Lead through data-driven decisions while developing talent and team bench strength.
• Hire, onboard, and retain top talent and build clear development plans.
