Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader for Cherry Creek to drive store performance with a people-first leadership style and strong operational excellence.

You'll coach, hire, develop and retain a diverse team, manage daily operations, and deliver elevated service. You’ll collaborate with HQ to align on strategies, leverage P&L, payroll, inventory, and guest experience to grow the business and reinforce the SKIMS brand in a high-energy, refined environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record in hiring, leading, and developing store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer service excellence and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset to deliver welcoming experiences.
• Coach in real time to elevate service and conversion.
