Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily store operations at South Coast Plaza. You will drive sales, coach a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences with strong brand alignment.

You’ll manage opening/closing, cash handling, and visual standards while maintaining high energy and inclusivity on the floor. 100% customer access and active physical duties are required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in retail.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and commitment to inclusion, customer focus, and high standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to coach, give feedback, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using sales data to improve performance and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset, delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Oversee opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and store cleanliness with operational excellence.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling to meet customer needs.
• Provide feedback and growth opportunities; support onboarding and training of new Team Members.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Assist leadership in achieving store KPIs through sales tracking and goal setting.
• Monitor inventory, visuals, and product availability throughout the day.
• Communicate openly to maintain an inclusive, positive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, speed, and ownership.
