Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader in Corte Madera to drive store performance with a people-first mindset. Lead a diverse team, coach in real time, and deliver elevated service that reflects the SKIMS brand and product excellence.

You will own daily operations, schedule development, visual execution, and key metrics like payroll, inventory, and productivity, while partnering with HQ to align on strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• A proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• The ability to work closely and effectively with others is important and expected.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and to adapt and evolve.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Strong visual merchandising skills, a keen eye for detail.
• Must be able to stand and remain physically active throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Open Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive, personalized guest experience.
• Deliver elevated service at speed by coaching your team in real time and maintaining culture.
• Embed mission and values into the store experience; educate and coach Team Members on the SKIMS story.
• Manage daily operations, visual execution, replenishment, and merchandising standards.
• Own key metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity; adjust strategies to Drive Results.
• Lead with impact, using data and feedback to guide decisions and maintain customer focus.
• Model learning agility, coachable behavior, and growth-oriented culture.
• Actively hire, onboard, and retain top talent to strengthen bench strength for SKIMS.
• Communicate clearly to foster ownership, collaboration, and mutual respect.
• Set tone for teamwork, energy, and resilience; inspire others to perform at their best.
