Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader for our Aventura location. You will build and lead a high-performing team, drive exceptional customer service, and manage store operations to achieve key metrics.

collaboration with HQ and a strong product focus are essential to elevate the store experience. You will coach in real time, develop talent, and set performance standards while ensuring the store remains energetic yet refined.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work closely and effectively with others
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service
• Strong problem-solving abilities and to adapt and evolve
• Strong operational and organizational skills
• Strong visual merchandising skills, a keen eye for detail
• Must be able to stand and remain physically active during the shift
• Able to lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly
• Does not want to be an influencer
• Full Time Availability: evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset to elevate guest experience
• Deliver elevated service by coaching in real time and maintaining culture
• Educate and coach Team Members on SKIMS brand and product expertise
• Manage daily operations, visual execution, and store standards
• Own business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity
• Make data-driven decisions to drive sales and efficiency
• Coach and develop talent with clear development plans
• Hire, onboard, and retain top talent to strengthen store culture
• Communicate clearly to foster ownership and collaboration
• Set tone for teamwork, energy, and resilience
• Align daily actions with long-term business vision
• Collaborate with HQ on strategies and initiatives
