Job summary

PUMA’s U.S. store team seeks motivated individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales excellence. You will contribute to achieving KPIs and profitability through thoughtful planning and teamwork.

You’ll support store leadership with recruiting, training, and scheduling while ensuring a safe, compliant shopping and working environment. This role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours and physical activity.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and communicate clearly.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and retail software.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the store.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Help achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals.
• Support payroll control and service-driven scheduling.
• Manage merchandise flow, inventory counts and shrink control.
