Job summary

PUMA Group is seeking a Store Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our United States store, drive sales, and uphold brand standards daily. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail or customer-service experience, strong communication and teamwork, and basic MS Office or retail software knowledge.

Flexible hours include weekends and evenings. Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service in retail or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store operations.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and retail software.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store.
• Help drive sales, KPIs, and profitability through planning and service.
• Manage payroll control to maintain profitability while delivering service.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with Policies, procedures, and store core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working/shopping environment.
