Job summary

PUMA is seeking an in-store Associate who delivers exceptional customer service and upholds brand values. You will contribute to sales and profitability while ensuring accurate handling of merchandise and adherence to store procedures.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong teamwork, and the ability to learn quickly. Expect non-traditional hours including weekends and evenings in a dynamic, fast-paced environment at our U.S. stores.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store processes.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and retail software.
• Physical ability to walk/move and lift up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with Brand Values and service standards.
• Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, expense control, and service.
• Payroll control to maintain profitability while delivering high service levels.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with Policies, procedures, and core competencies.
