You will guide a high-performing team to build customer loyalty, deliver total solutions, and drive conversions while maintaining a positive store culture. You will mentor staff, coach through training and role plays, and ensure execution of store operations, merchandising, and cost control as Floor Leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a sales team in retail or services.
• Experience coaching a customer-centric, solutions-based team.
• Able to engage customers and understand needs.
• Strong communication, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive growth.

• Provide strong leadership in community, customer service, sales, and team development.
