Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager to support daily store operations, boost sales, and enhance client experience in a busy retail location. The role includes coaching, scheduling, and safeguarding store assets to meet company standards.

You will lead a division of responsibility, communicate initiatives to staff, and help translate core values into everyday customer service. This full-time, in-store position offers benefits and overtime as part of standard policy.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in fashion or retail.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Ability to be on your feet and move around the store during shift hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Focus on achieving and exceeding daily sales goals using KPI metrics.
• Utilize company training tools and digital platforms to drive sales.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to help support the creation of clear action plans that optimize financial results.
• Understand the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Communicate company emails, initiatives, and announcements to the store team.
• Provide in the moment coaching with clear, concise, and actionable feedback.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
