Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience at our Nashville Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location.

You will lead the store in the Store Manager's absence, uphold Core Values, and collaborate with corporate partners. Expect a 40-hour work week with overtime eligibility and standard company benefits. Seasonal hours and flexible scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of ownership and responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• XStore and Tulip knowledge a plus.
• Ability to be on your feet and lift up to 20 pounds.
