Job summary

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service or leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity and drive sales and guest service.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and compliance before opening/closing shifts.
• Schedule associates, manage payroll, and verify timekeeping.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipments checked for discrepancies.
