• Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values with Visual Merchandising.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, and in-store pickups.
• Leads floor service with elevated communication; guides team to prioritize customer experience.
• Onboard new hires and provide timely feedback for accountability.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and retention of a diverse, engaged team.
• Participate in daily opening/closing procedures and operational tasks.
• Collaborate on shipment processing, restocking, and product placement.
• Maintain safety standards, inventory accuracy, and build profitability.
• Foster inclusion, share product knowledge and brand messaging throughout the day.
• Discuss personal growth with direct reports and set development goals.
