• Support selling, service, and operations with emphasis on merchandising and display.
• Train the team on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards.
• Participate as the manager-on-duty and drive engagement in each zone.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build bench for the store.
• Manage daily operating processes and payroll; adapt visuals to business needs.
• Drive visual direction from planning to execution within budget and timelines.
• Ensure safety standards, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Share product knowledge and brand messaging through daily meetings.
