Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: Drives a service culture, interprets feedback to improve interactions, and partners on visual experiences with the Visual Merchandising Manager.
• Leadership + Team Management: Serves as floor service leader, mentors new hires, and supports recruiting and retention.
• Visual + Business Operations: Supports opening/closing procedures, shipment processing, restocking, and maintains display standards; ensures omni-channel orders are processed timely.
• Communication + Relationships: Fosters inclusivity, shares product knowledge, gathers feedback, and mentors team growth.
