• Conduct performance appraisals and provide timely feedback and mentorship to staff.
• Foster continuous learning through coaching and open dialogue with associates and leaders.

• Maintain a visually inspiring, immaculate store environment and ensure policy and brand guideline compliance.
• Optimize inventory and staffing resources to respond to shifting priorities in a dynamic retail landscape.
