Job summary

Sephora Clinton Township, MI is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a store team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and exceed sales goals through coaching and product knowledge. You will manage daily operations, onboarding, loyalty programs, inventory, and visual merchandising while fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.

This hourly, full-time role requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, with healthcare and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
