Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor, MI. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and development, ensuring Sephora’s standards and brand guidelines are upheld while optimizing inventory and resources to grow the business.
