Sephora is seeking a Sales and Service Leader at the MI-Partridge Creek location to drive store performance and coach a high-performing team. You will lead by example, elevate client experiences, and help the team exceed goals through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

The role emphasizes inclusivity, ongoing development, and strong operational support to ensure a safe and engaging shopping environment for customers and staff alike.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
