Sephora in Ann Arbor seeks an Assistant Store Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, guiding operations, delivering standout client experiences, and leading the team to meet sales and service goals. You’ll recruit and onboard top talent, coach continuously, and uphold Sephora’s standards in a visually inspiring, inclusive environment.

This on-site, full-time role requires availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Assistant store management experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments with hands-on leadership.
• Strong ability to recruit, inspire, and develop top talent to deliver outstanding results and foster an energetic, collaborative atmosphere.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building trust and clarity across teams and clients.
• Passion for coaching and development with mentoring, real-time coaching, and actionable feedback.
