Miniso in Beavercreek, OH seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive store performance. You will coach a team of shift leads and sales associates, uphold visual standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will lead sales initiatives, manage inventory and operations, and promote the membership program to boost loyalty and revenue. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with flexibility for travel between locations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Willingness to relocate or travel between locations.
